1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3 Pati Gold platform in any capacity — whether through the website at 3patigold.org or the Android application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and 3 Pati Gold. 4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 3 Pati Gold are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support a range of payment methods commonly used in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

When making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited belong to you and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• The payment method you are using is legitimately owned by or registered to you.
• You are not depositing on behalf of another person.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method confirmation.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been completed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold specified in the Withdrawal section.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 3 Pati Gold covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, test matches, and bilateral series — as well as football, esports, and other sports markets available on the platform at any given time. The availability of specific markets and events may change without notice.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 3 Pati Gold:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is placed and confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a cash-out option is available and explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event that a match, fixture, or event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the betting interface and may differ by market.
• 3 Pati Gold reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player.
